He is a 2007 graduate of Peach County High School, served in the United States Marine Corps from 2007-2015 stationed in Marietta, GA, and is a member of the Beta Delta Sigma chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Inc. in Fort Valley, GA. He also serves as the Vice chair of the Greater Warner Robins area National Pan-Hellenic Council Vice Chair.
