Manziel Lost Lebron Now The Browns Need To Lose Him
LeBron James’ marketing agency cuts ties with Johnny Manziel. James’ business manager, Maverick Carter, said the move coincides with plans to expand growing entertainment products.

“We’ve decided to end our formal business relationship with Johnny,” said Maverick Carter, who runs LRMR. “I will continue to support and advise him as a friend. However, because Johnny needs to focus on personal growth, the next phase of his career and because LRMR continues to expand beyond marketing, we made the mutual decision that it was best to terminate our business relationship.”

With this, I believe the Cleveland Browns probably need to cut Johnny Manziel. When LeBron James kicks you out of his company as a representative of his brand, that’s a problem that his play on the field has not warranted overlooking. We outlined the “Jeter Plan” as the best strategy for Johnny to follow:
Derek Jeter has ruled the roost in New York city night life for 20 years now. Forget the onset of social media and citizen journalists. It is a pressure cooker here as Hall of Fame pitcher and former Jeter teammate Randy Johnson will tell you. While New York does afford a certain “protection” of celebrities’ privacy, the camera will find you if you are acting a fool.
So, assuming that Johnny wants to continue to party and keep Browns management off his back, he should look to the Derek Jeter model. Jeter is the poster child for discretion. He keeps discussion to baseball, his family, and his foundation. He really isn’t heavy in the tabloids. You will not see him starring in a reality TV show. You won’t see him on Twitter showing you what he is doing. It’s just not his style.
Johnny doesn’t need the money. His family was rich before he entered the league. I’m afraid that he doesn’t have the toughness and determination required to be a successful NFL starter. It seems from afar, he doesn’t care and why should he? He can quit tomorrow and never have to work another day in his natural born life.
